Senior level operation manager, project manager
| I am a Vietnamese American currently living in HCMC. I am interested in looking for employment position in a multinational company seeking for a person with my skill sets. I am a college graduate with a BA degree. I am also a graduate from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, LA USA. I've started many businesses and sold them prior to moving to Vietnam. I've co-founded a US owned dental solutions and prosthetics provider company w/ off-shore manufacturing facility in HCMC. I conceptualize, planned, implemented, designed, trained and set-up a 96 technician dental laboratory. As the sole creator, operation manager and senior trainer of this dental lab facility, I've created and implemented QC & QA manufacturing and working process protocals, HR protocals, internal-company working protocals, company handbook, operational procedures for all upper management, working procedures for all technical employees, logistics, set up and implemented wages/bonus/performance review criterias for all employees and managers, performed cost analysis of all products produced at my laboratories, created technical training programs, travel extensively throughout the US, Europe and Asia in search of new dental technologies and software applications to tie in current company solutions to enhance my services and products quality. Apart from all of these duties, I've also have experience in creating PowerPoint Presentations for prospective investors into my company as well as creating MicroSoft Visio presentations for new projects workflow and directional overview.
