Our family has properties for rent to expatriates in Hang Thiec Street and Nha Chung Street, Hanoi Old Quarter. Both properties are in the best part of Hanoi, within short walking distances to tons of art-galleries, gift shops, bars, restaurants, health clubs where expatriates normally hang out. It's literally less than 5 minutes walking to Hoan Kiem Lake or the Sword Lake, the Main Cathedral Church of Hanoi, and other Hanoi’s best landmarks. Stay right there to enjoy all the greatest Hanoi can offer. Yes, it’s all about the fantastic location, a rare find that won’t last.
The one-bedroom apartment of 700 sq ft with a full bath, a combo living room and kitchen, separate bedroom and wrap-around balcony in Nha Chung starts from $550/month. A studio of 600 sq ft with private kitchen, bath, and balcony at Hang Thiec Street starts from $400. It’s a total privacy as you will not share kitchen or bathroom with anyone else. All apartments are nicely furnished, air-conditioned, spacious, well-lit, relatively quiet, dry and clean. Motorbike parking is on the premises. Our former and current renters are diplomat, businessmen, and scientists from Europe, North America, and South Pacific. Please be noted that we provide lodging for SINGLE occupancy only. Nha Chung property is fully occupied at the present time. Hang Thiec property is currently being remodeled and expected to be available by late-October 2006 (only one vacancy left as of Oct. 18).
WE ALSO PROVIDE RENTAL MOTORBIKE OR CAR FOR TENANTS (This optional service is ONLY available for tenants for the purpose of saving parking space in the premises)
We can also put your name on a waiting list if we sold out and you’ll be notified when there is a vacancy. This type of lodging is ideal for folks who seek long-term stay in Hanoi. We prefer a lease of minimum 3 months. However, our renters have average lease of one year while the up-to-date record is 2 years. Nha Chung building completed in 2004. Hang Thiec units renovated and first available for rent in September 2006. My parents are retired medical doctor & pharmacist who can speak both English and French.
