The best thing about any holiday or any hotel,or any country,is the people you meet.Every member of the staff here has been friendly and helpfull at all times. Everyone here does much than their Job.

Free internet is great, trips can be arranged from the hotel and it is very central to the old quater. Traffic noise is always a problem in Hanoi but the hotel is in a alleyway and the noise is definately not as bad as other places

This hotel was an excellent choice of place to stay in Hanoi. The staff are VERY helpful, obliging and flexible. The rooms are very atmospheric and clean. The location is excellent. This hotel is great value for money and I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here on a trip to Hanoi.
